Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • Return/Exchange Window: Within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

Order Type Eligibility

  1. Prepaid Orders – Eligible for Exchange.
  2. COD Orders – Eligible for Exchange only (No refunds).
  3. Final Sale Items (Sale / Clearance / Pre-applied Discounts / Bundles) – Not returnable, but size exchange is allowed.
    • Reverse shipping fee: ₹150 must be paid for exchanges.

Shipping & Return Fees

  • Second-time shipping (replacements/exchanges): ₹150 shipping fee applies.
  • Self-shipping Option: You may choose to ship the item back yourself or arrange your own pickup.
  • Reverse Pickup: Attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you must self-ship to the company address.
  • Reverse Pickup Availability: Subject to your area pin-code.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued only as Store Credit (valid for 1 year).
  • COD Refunds: Issued as store credit excluding COD charges.

Cancellations

  • Time Limit: Within 24 hours of placing the order.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Check Condition

  • Return item in original condition: unused, unwashed, tags intact, original packaging.

Step 2: Raise Request

  • Contact via:

  • Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Photo of the received product
    • Payment screenshot (for shipping charges, if applicable)

Step 3: Pickup & Processing

  • Pickup is scheduled in 3–5 days.
  • For size exchanges, new size may ship in parallel.
  • For returns, item must pass a quality check before store credit is issued.

Special Notes

  • No exchange available on:
    • Bodysuits
    • Jumpsuits
    • Stockings
      (Due to hygiene reasons)
